I have tried on 2 occasions to register products I have purchased only to run into the same problem. Your system will not allow the receiept to be uploaded. Why offer an online ooption if it does not work?

It seems like the system is finicky with some browsers. Try using an alternative, or if that fails call customer service and they'll help you: -855-EGO-5656 (1-855-346-5656) from 8:30AM - 8:00PM EST (Monday - Friday) & 10:00AM - 6:00PM EST (Saturday & Sunday).
