I have to Reseat the battery often for the Lawn Mower and Leaf Blower

I use the 56 Volt battery for the the EGO 21 inch Lawn mower and the EGO 168 MPH 580 CFM but it flashes the low battery light often and I have to Reseat it in order to get it back to work.  Is this because I have a defective battery?  Is this a common issue?  Please let me know, I bought both the lawn mower and leaf blower this year.  Are the tools still under warranty?

Have not heard this problem before. Give customer service a call and they will help you diagnose and get you a replacement if needed.

Does this low battery situation only occur on the blower or on the mower as well?

Does it matter if you fully charge the battery and then use it on the blower only?

I haven’t heard of this problem before. The tools are covered by a five-year warranty and the battery and charger are covered by a three-year warranty. Make sure you’ve registered them on Ego’s website and contact customer service and they’ll help you troubleshoot.

Are you inserting the battery completely until it clicks and locks in place, and are the contacts clean?

Also haven't heard of this problem. Which battery are you using? Meaning 2.5ah, 5ah, or 7.5ah.
I have found that when my batteries start to show red, if I stop for a minute, and then restart, the battery will show green for a couple of minutes or less, and then back to red. I wonder if the unplugging and plugging back in is more about the time it's taking to unplug and plug than it is about the actual unplugging and plugging.
Have you tried recharging the battery? Also, do you only have one battery for the 2 tools? If you have 2 batteries, how is the other battery working out?
