I have a 56v 4.0ah battery and it won't charge at all. Last time I used it was over the summer. I have another battery that charges fine but this one won't do anything, any suggestions?

customer service will be best to give you the steps they would like you to take to diagnose the battery. Likely they will just end up sending you a new replacement.
I had a dud battery but they didn't have any stock of my exact size, so they gave me the size up from it. It took about two weeks to make it up to Canada, but was worth it for me.

I spoke with customer service and they made sure my battery/mower/charger were all registered and will be shipping me a new battery in a few days!

If it does nothing (no lights) then it's probably a damaged thermistor (the T pin). If so, not much you can do about that without taking it apart.
