I am very pleased that you had a good experience. I am having the same issue with a battery purchased in May of 2017, manufactured in Oct 2016. It would be very helpful if you were to communicate what the company had you do to troubleshoot or repair the problem. Can you please share?

I had a similar problem. I described the issue to customer support and gave them the serial number for the battery and proof of purchase. They are sending me out a replacement
