How do I get warranty direction on a battery that won't charge?

Randy, our batteries and chargers carry a 3 year warranty. If you purchased your product from one of our authorized dealers, you are covered.  Please contact our customer service team at 1-855-346-5656 and we can help you with troubleshooting and warranty direction.

If it's brand new and defective right out of the box I would exchange it at the store where you bought it.
