So which item is not working now?...I assume the battery is not charging properly...Unless you have a second Ego product to swap batteries and chargers around to truly isolate the problem...My guess is you will be calling Customer Service...:(

In sometime in July the battery began flashing a green light that did not stop until the juice ran out When l slid it into the recharger it made a ticking noise. It failed to recharge.
