What is the difference between the EGO hedge trimmers HT 2400 and HT 2410, aside from the fact that the HT 2400 cuts 3/4" branches and the HT 2410 cuts 1" branches?  And why is the latter cheaper?  And aren't they both brushless, not just the latter?  And how come EGO makes two different models?  It seems odd they'd come out with a more powerful version in the U.S. before coming out with the attachment for the Power Head.

The new model is brushless, the old one is not. The price is a mystery, but it wouldn’t surprise me if it went up.

The hedge trimmer attachment for the power head is available now as well:
