How long does it take for EGO to respond to a new tool/parts request case?

It's been probably since last week and no response. I need to order a new guard assembly for my 15" string trimmer since I misplaced it somewhere and can't find it. There's no products page for these accessories either even though it's listed in the manual  #2824011000. Thank you.
