My LM2102SP starts but as soon as i hit the grass it stops and won't start again. The propeller works when i press on the handle and the battery is fine. I am thinking the motor has burnt out. How can i verify this and what can i do about it?

Try pulling the mower.  If it continues to run while being pulled then your handle clips are likely slipping and you should get a replacement set.

If it stops when pulling then give customer sevice a call for diagnostic help and a solution.

So does the mower still start?
If so, will the blade will engage while it is stationary?tome
If NOT, call Customer Service

If so, rather than pushing the mower into the grass...try PULLING the mower into the grass...does it continue to cut?
If so, Unlock the clamps. Fully extend the side rails and lock the clamps again.
If NOT, call Customer Service

along with the other suggestions, Does the motor and blade sound as if they are up to full speed when you lift the front wheels off the ground so the blade is not touching anything, but when lowered onto the grass and picks of the resistance cutting the motor and blade come to a stop?
