For this Memorial Day Holiday Home Depot is giving away an extra battery when you buy either a Trimmer, Blower, Saw, or Mower. That's a good saving.
Does anyone knows what size of battery is the free one? At that price, $129, I assume it is the 2.0Ah. Any way, it's helpful to have an extra one handly.

I purchased the hedge trimmer last weekend to go along with the 21" Push model I already had because of this deal. I had been holding off but figured this was the perfect time to buy. At least that's the excused I used to justify to expense to myself.

I just grabbed one off the shelf and the computer recognized the promotion at the checkout counter.

When I went in today to purchase a second battery to go with the 20" mower I had bought the other day. The 20" mower was not included in the free battery program. That's Ok though as I got a real good deal on the mower.

Thanks for the heads up Julio. I was there in H.D. just yesterday, contemplating the purchase of the blower. With this free extra battery incentive, I could hardly pass it up!
