Holy Crap!

Unbelievable customer service.  I have 2 dead batteries.  I called customer service and they treated me like I had a problem and I was not trying to scam them.  A couple of reasonable questions about the problem and then a solution of replacing the batteries.  

They will ship them out ASAP and I need to remove the serial numbers and bring them back to Home Depot for recycling.  As I am writing this I received email conformation of my problem and their solution closing out the warranty order

Great Job Ego and team.  This is exactly how customer service should be and what it takes to keep people coming back for more.  I will spread the good word on your behalf.

That is awesome! Last year I had phenomenal experiences with them helping with broken parts. This year not so much. I have three batteries blinking green all of the time one of which does not work at all anymore. Out of warranty... I am a bit concerned that there is a shift in customer service due to their success. I hope your experience is a sign that they are getting back on track!
