Hi everyone! Can somebody tell me why the oil leaks from my extension pole saw? No matter what angle I store it in there is always a puddle underneath it. I assume E-Go company knew people would store it with the bar and and chain oil in it rather than dumping it out and adding more before evey use?

Official Response
From the owners manual: "It is normal for oil to seep from the saw when it is not in use. To prevent seepage, empty the oil tank after each use, and then run the saw for one minute. When storing the tool for a long period of time, be sure the chain is lightly lubricated; this will prevent rust on the chain and bar sprocket."
