having trouble removing bolt for lawnmower blade

having difficulty removing bolt to change blade have tried hammering the wrench and using lubricant - any suggestions!!!!

FYI, spray some WD40 or of the like on the bolt before putting it back in, and only put it back snug.  It will not come out due to the spin direction of the blade.  It will not "spin" on the bolt because of the two notches that hold the blade in place on the plate.  when I say snug, I'm talking hand tight plus ~1/4 turn.  Just snug.  This makes life VERY easy for weekly sharpenings.
