Where is my side chute

1st: Have not received my "free chute" that was offered in my self propelled mower kit.2nd: When I just registered my new leaf blower, it only gave me 2 options; Kit or Tool. I tried to register it as a "Kit" but it required that I enter a charger S/N to process the registration. The other option, "Tool" did not give me an option to register the included battery. 

So I just registered the battery separately from the blower even though the tool and battery came in the same box. And I registered it using the same receipt. However, the receipt does not show the battery itemized on the receipt. This seems like it will be a denied claim since the receipt does not show the battery... 

Very aggravating that Ego has not responded to my first attempt at contacting through the "Contact Us" form on the website. Also, it's aggravating that the website product registration is making me go through all this just to make sure my battery will be warrantied if it fails considering that it does not show up on the Home Depot receipt as being purchased but it came in the same box as the blower.

When you purchase the kit it comes with a battery, a tool and a charger. Is this what you purchased? When you register you add the serial number from each part with the one receipt you have. If necessary, just add the scanned receipt 3 times...once per item. It has been awhile since I did mine.

I called customer service and completed the registration over the phone as I did not understand the different serial numbers.

The model on the box denites the kit and each unit I side denotes the Individual part.
