My lawn mower handle height adjuster pop out constantly and goes to the lowest height setting. I have to stop after every turn and adjust the handle height back up. It has continually gotten worse since I bought it last year. Is there a fix for this?

Szwoop's advice is right on. I wonder, in the interim, if you can find some string/rope or even a velcro strap to wrap around that lever and handle to help hold it in place? Heck, even a c-clamp or spring loaded clamp, anything to keep that thing from popping out.
My mower came with the holes in the handle adjuster brackets mis-aligned. The handle height would not engage at all. I had to bore out the holes slightly to allow the spring-loaded pins to "pop" through the bracket holes. (With customer service acknowledgment). I do not recommend any changes to a mower that is still under warranty, however. Call customer service.
