I had an issue with my chainsaw not starting, so I took it to the local repair shop that was reccommended by Home depot, and they had it for 2 months telling me they didnt know what was wrong with it, and they contacted EGO, and they were waiting for a release form from them. I called them several times, and they kept saying they didnt hear back. I called EGO support, and the Support guy Jorge went above and beyond to help me with the issue. He couldn't have been more helpful. He put me on hold, while he called the repair place, and took care of it while I was on hold..litteraly amazed by the service. He told me there was a replacement there for me right away, and to contact support anytime I had an issue..I hope I don't, but if so. I'll call. Great support..10 stars in my book.
