Great products poor services from Home Depot

I have purchased two lawnmowers, chainsaw, blower . And recently purchased the Power head with the edger and trimmer .. self-propelled part of the mower quit working almost 2 months ago and has not been returned to me yet ... at this point I really really wish I kept my lawn boy !!!! Please be aware of the service from Home Depot !!

I would wonder why these products need repairing at all. Other comments along same lines indicate if you take your concerns to Ego it doesn't get better

Yes so sad I think they have a great product but word-of-mouth is the best advertisement and the service from Home Depot is going to be the death of them.. I currently have a Troy built snowblower and was thinking of purchasing the snowblower but not after this fiasco service has to get better and faster what do you think this lawn looks like after it has not been mowed for over a month... and you are correct I called them twice and they don't really seem to care.

Sorry you are having so much trouble getting your mower repaired. I am the tool repair technician at the Home Depot in Sandy, Utah. I get as frustrated as you. EGO seems to be a great machine, but the company is very slow to respond to my communication. Their customer service seems to be under- staffed. I have been able to get good information from them, but not quickly. You have to admire their willingness to put all their dirty laundry out for everyone to see on this forum. They are apparently still in an early stage in their customer service. I hope they get the bugs out of their mowers and their customer service, soon.
