We used EGO products (chainsaw, leaf blower) for a couple of years with complete satisfaction.  When I saw EGO introduce a power inverter, it had to join the family because we live WAY off the road where ice storms can knock us off the grid for days. It came out of the closet as a Christmas present, and the receipt was long gone when we used the inverter for the first time...and it had a problem.
Wes in Customer Service walked me through troubleshooting the inverter and determined it should be replaced.  I stammered about not having the receipt and Wes encouraged me to call Home Depot anyway because they should have records (uh huh).  THEY DID!  Wes knows his stuff. Not only did he provide a path to easily replace my new toy, he encouraged me to find documentation AND he immediately responded to my emails.
Way to go, EGO!  Good products, excellent customer service.  Happy customer.
