Great First Impression

In need of replacing a 12+ year-old gas-powered mower, I had researched to the max what was available on the market. Having always poured gas and oil into a lawnmower, if someone had told me I would consider, let alone buy, a battery-powered electric, I would have laughed at them. What I discovered, however, was a plethora of mixed reviews about the gas-guzzlers and an amazing number of positive reports on the 21" EGO. After trying to convince myself that the battery wouldn't last, the mower wouldn't have enough power, it wouldn't be durable enough, it was too pricey, etc., I finally decided to take the plunge. And while admittedly, I have only done one cutting of about 1/2 acre, if my initial experience is indicative of the future, I'll be very pleased I went this route. All my initial concerns seem to be unfounded. The mower sailed through the task with power to spare and the yard looks great. So thanks to all those who reviewed the EGO, so honestly and positively. Thanks too to the EGO staff for building such a technologically advanced and eco-friendly lawnmower.

I am new as well with a 21 EGO. Did the lawn last week, and the cut was great. Even the Mrs admired how well it looked afterwards. I wont miss the oil or the plu carb anymore either
