One question: What is meant by 100 of 200 points? 200 is obviously your total score, but what is the significance of 100?

Great question.  If you look toward the top of the leaderboard, there are several timeframes you can look at.  The 100 of the 200 points are the points you earned in the time period you are looking at.  You are most likely seeing the 100 points you earned for the last 7 days of your total 200 points.

Great move.  We have a lot of quiet people that just like to read posts.  Everyone's opinion and advice is valuable, no matter how trivial.  I've learned so much from this forum, and those little tips add up to a lot of saved aggravation. 

After all, I'm guilty as charged about not reading the manual! 

It's good to know that EGO considers everyone a contributor and even awards?  Hmm, haven't seen anything like that from a customer service team from any company.

Can you please take over our cable company?
