Fully charged battery for 21" mower...when I place in mower slot get yellow blinking lights -- no power? Please advise

Have you done the checks that are in the troubleshooting section of the manual?

You may end up needing to call EGO customer service.  The number is 1-855-346-5656.  I'd advise calling them when their offices first open and there is no line of people waiting for a response or else you might end up on hold for a while.

Did you confirm that the mower handle is fully extended and in the locked position?

What ended up happening with your battery?  My battery does the same thing with the yellow blinking light.  I went to mow the lawn today, and couldn't because of the yellow blinking light.  This is the second time this has happened.  The first time I was told by customer service to take it to Home Depot to take a look at it, and not only was I charged a service fee, but they said there was nothing wrong with it.

Same problem - seem to be numerous identical issues on web - yet to see a solution - waited forever on phone with no luck and still no customer service return call - seriously pissed off given the price of this 'high-end' unit....
