After mowing for about 20 minutes, the orange mower light began to blink orange so I followed the procedure for overload. When starting again, the light went immediately to orange. This time when I opened the battery hatch, I noticed that the battery light was rapidly blinking. I thought maybe the battery was drained so I charged it again. Once it was fully charged and an hour later, I tried again. Again, the mower light immediately began blinking orange and the battery light was rapidly blinking. I decided to clean up and empty the bag and look here and in the manual for any solution but did not find anything. I decided to give it one more shot and sure enough, it worked. The only thing different is that the bag was empty. Was this really the reason for the blinking or could it have been something else?

Also, I have loved this mower except the handle locking clamp on the left side unclamps about every 15 minutes making the side rail slip and sometimes shutdown the mower. Is there a fix for the clamp?

Clamp fix .. yes. Call customer support. The battery problem. Flashing orange means its overheated. There is a 4 minute cooldown period i think from overload, to being able to use it again. Gota wait a little bit.

Hi Zack, as Jacob said, the clamps are replaceable and available with our customer service team. Give our team a call at 1-855-346-5656.  We, as Blue, are interested to hear what happens when you empty the bag more frequently, if the issue presents itself again. Keep us posted!
