Bought a 56v blower a few months ago...a bit pricey but seemed worth it until the battery died. To make matters worse they don't stock them at my HD. What do I do now??
ps been on hold for 15 minutes so far!!

I recently had to have the smaller 2.0Ah battery replaced under warranty. It was a painless process and I had my new battery in five days.

Hi Keith. Thank you for your post. I was able to locate your account and see that you called in yesterday and spoke to Tracy, who placed an order for a new battery and charger; with a pre-paid return label which will be sent to you via email. When you receive your new equipment, please either give us a call or send us an email to with the new serial numbers so we can update them in your records.
