I have an extra also kept in case I need to charge 2 batteries simultaneously. Post it on Facebook Marketplace to sell; someone may be looking for a replacement or spare.

I have 3 standard, and one quick charger. I have 2 of the 3 standard and the one quick charger mounted in my garage for charging my 4 batteries. The 3rd standard charger will hang out in my travel trailer for when we are on the road and I take the inverter and a 2.5 ah battery with us to run the inverter. I'll have the charger to charge the battery when needed. And have the inverter to run my laptop, among other devices, when boondocking in the trailer.

If you don't have a need for the extra charger, you could sell it on someplace like eBay. I keep mine for the just in case I eventually do have a use for it. I like Mike's idea of keeping one in the camping trailer as I too bought the inverter.

I have 3 standard chargers and 1 rapid charger. I keep 2 standard chargers in the garage "all year round" to charge my batteries during mowing season. The other 2 chargers are in the house, for when I need to charge my batteries. So yes, keep them for when you need to charge 2 or more batteries at one time, or when one of the charges fails on you ... :-)

I use my basic chargers as my primaries when I plan on doing snow blowing or lots of chain saw work...I use my quick charger if I have an unexpected job and i don't have any charged batteries available...

Why don’t you use your quick charger all the time?

I have always been a believer that nice slow charging keeps batteries living longer by reducing the heat generation...:)
But a friend of mine just sent me this... https://www.pcworld.com/article/2683012/want-lithiumion-batteries-to-last-slow-charging-may-not-be-t...
so I'll be following their research to see i f I change my charging techniques...:)
