Excellent warranty replacement experience 5.0Ah battery

I purchased a leaf blower with a 5.0Ah battery 2 years ago, and a chainsaw with a 5.0 battery 1 year ago. The run time had decreased noticeably even though I have followed the manual's  instructions for storage and charging. Called customer support and spoke to Paisley, who directed me to run both batteries on the leaf blower on 100% Turbo and record the times to discharge (which were measured at 4 and 7 minutes, respectively). These times met the EGO guidelines to replace the battery, so Paisley immediately shipped two new batteries to me.

Paisley communicated what I needed to do very clearly and once I provided the data and sales receipts fully supported the replacement (no pushback at all). GREAT job Paisley and EGO, I love the products even more after this experience!
