Excellent Customer Service

I just wanted to say that there are not many companies out there that have the same level of customer support as EGO. I spoke with Andy in customer service about several EGO products, I was trying to make up my mind on which product I wanted to purchase. I have to say that he was very patient with me and explained the differences in great detail. After speaking with him about the products I was looking at, I went out and bought all three products. I look forward to testing out my new products this weekend.

Don't confuse sales support with service support, read some of the blogs here on getting technical support... they need to improve in my opinion.....

I've only had to call customer service a couple of times but both times were excellent experiences for me as well. The reps were very personable and helpful, not at all like they were in some call center working off a script. They really know their products well.
