Excellent Customer Service

I was starting to have problems with the Clamps on my Ego Lawnmower. They were not holding and the handle was pushing in which of course stopped the Lawnmower. I sent an email to Customer Service and within a day I received a response advising that they had my machine serial # and my address on file (I register all of my Ego Equipment), and that they would ship me out the new and improved replacement clamps right away and included instructions in the email. Within 2 days my clamps arrived.
Now that is Excellent Customer Service.

I'm happy to hear the clamps are back in stock and shipping to customers. I know a few people around here have been waiting for them.

Fortunately, my mower came with the improved clamps installed.
