Equipment registration inaccurate

When registering my Ego 21" self propelled mower with 7.5ah battery and quick charger, I was unable to select the exact same model as what was printed on the box. I entered the serial numbers from the 3 items as directed on the website and upon loading my account page, incorrect information is displaying (2.0ah battery, 21" non self propelled and standard charger).

The 15" String trimmer with 2.5ah battery and standand charger also has same issue and only shows 2.0ah battery.

I called customer service and they said they updated it with the correct items on their end, but from my view it still shows the wrong information.

I don't want to get screwed if I have to use my warranty coverage.

Everyone, we have know there is a bug in the registration system and we are working to resolve it.  Please give us some time to identify the root cause and we'll relay the message once it's been fixed.  There's seems to be a disconnect from what our customer service team can see on the back end of the system and what's displaying on the website for your account.  Thank you for your patience.
