EGO was great about honoring warranty.

It took a few days to connect with customer service but once i did it took all of 5 minutes to get a resolution.  I told them my LM2000 (still under 3-year warranty) was not running and what happened.  They asked for a copy of my receipt and they are shipping me a new one in 7-10 days.  Terrific result.

Whenever I see tool replacements I wonder, what did EGO tell you to do with the old tool?

Dana - good to hear you got things taken care of.

I had a battery issue.  Called Ego 12 days ago on a Saturday morning at 10.  Left a call back number and received a call back in under an hour.  Gave my info and was told it would be passed on to a supervisor on Monday.  Got a call from the supervisor on Tuesday and was told they would be shipping out a replacement under warranty.  Received my new battery on Tuesday.  Ego sent me a return shipping label so I could return the problem battery.

Could not have been easier or more pain free.  Thank you to ego and their Customer service team.

Your receipt should have been on file.  I know when I registered my 21"SP mower last year I had to "up-load" a copy of my receipt else I couldn't complete the on-line registration process.  But in any event am so glad to hear how they are taking care of you.  So what are you going to do with old mower.
