Ego Self-Propelled Mower Failure

Hi EGO Team,

I want to start out by saying how much I like your products. I've bought into the entire EGO line of products - I own the self-propelled mower, a leaf blower, a snowblower, a string trimmer and a hedge trimmer. They are all registered to my account for the product warranty. 

I recently an issue with my EGO self-propelled mower where the mower would no longer drive - the mower blade still works, but it doesn't self-propel. I bought it 12 months ago. It's under warranty, so I took it to Home Depot as instructed by the EGO customer service team. Home Depot has now told me it will take 6 weeks minimum to complete the repair - they had to ship it back to the manufacturing facility in China. 

It's the middle of summer, and now I don't have any way to mow my lawn for the next 6 weeks, or  more. I can't afford to pay a landscaping company to mow my lawn for a month and a half while my mower is being repaired. I have no option to maintain my yard for the six weeks plus that it's out for repair. Please let me know what can be done.
