EGO power blower

purchased a blower after less than year the battery went died. I went back to home depot and they said i needed a receipt well i have no receipt who would haved guessed that the battery would go died in less than a year no help from anyone so i will not recommend to anyone in the future  even though they state it has a five year warranty  The people that distribute them do not want take care of all the problems with this product

Ed, typically once the return period expires (90 days for HD), any warranty issues are dealt with by the product company. Give Customer Service a call at 1-855-EGO-5656 (1-855-346-5656) 8:30-8:00 M-F 10:00-6:00 S/S, or if they're not available by phone send them an email at:

Include your contact information, a description of the issue you're having, and make sure your tools and accessories are all registered:

Someone from the Customer Service team will get back to you ASAP, help troubleshoot your problem and get you the help you need.

As long as you bought your tools from a registered dealer, they are covered by Ego's 5 year tool and 3 year battery warranty.
