EGO response to open Case

I opened a case quite some time ago (a month or more) with no response as of yet. Status is still set in new. Case Number 00141956. Please have someone look at my case and respond accordingly. I have seen posts by others complaining of similar experiences. What is the point of offering online case submissions if they are simply ignored? Please advise on next steps.
