Ego mower stopped working after 2 1/2 months.

Purchased this Ego mower 2 1/2 months.  Loved it, used it about 6 times.  Today,  it has now stopped running about every 2 minutes.  After looking at it carefully it looks like the battery will not stay in place (pushes itself up), or its a connectivity issue, and obviously cannot be fixed by us.  I am very disappointed that after less then 3 months, something that I  paid $500 for, would have a flaw like this.  Anyone else out there have this issue?  At this point, I do not know if I would even want a replacement.

Hi Heather!  Please don't give up on EGO just yet.  Mine has far exceeded my expectations for an electric lawn mower for 1.5 mowing seasons. EGO's engineers and designers have one heck of a great line of yard tools that are TYPICALLY well made.  I know it can be frustrating with an expensive piece of equipment having problems, but your mower will be a keeper once you get it replaced.  Every once in a while one slips through that has something wrong with it, but EGO stands behind their products like no other company I have dealt with.  Please call customer service, they will take great care of you!

And please be patient if their phone lines are busy, it will be worth the wait.  And no, I don't work for the company, I just plain love their tools.
