EGO mower in New Orleans area?

I own several EGO products but not the lawn mower (yet). I'm trying to help my elderly neighbor select a mower. She's 82 and wants to get back to cutting her lawn. She's looking at a Honda self-propelled, which is an excellent mower, but may be too heavy for her, not to mention the gas, oil, and maintenance issues. I'm hoping for $100 more, she may consider the EGO 2102 (self propelled with 7.5 amp battery.) I'm wondering if anyone on this forum may live in the Greater New Orleans area and own this mower. If so, I'd appreciate your opinion, particularly how well it's done on our thick St. Augustine grass, and for mulching or bagging leaves. Better yet, if that person would be willing to let her take a 3 minute "test-drive", so she can really see for herself. Of course, it's January, when the grass isn't growing, but perhaps a few weeds and leaves may allow for a good demonstration.
So, if you're that person, I'd appreciate any help you could offer. I'm new to this forum, so not sure what your reply options may be. Regardless, I'd love to hear from you.
Thanks!
Bruce

Bruce, to help you with your "decision making process," I have included a thorough review from Pro Tool Reviewers regarding all the "cordless" mowers.  Since you have narrowed it down to EGO vs ECHO, this article can help you see a "different perspective" from those who review tools for a living ... heck, they do a much better job than I can : )

To Blue's point about the 90 Day Return Policy, if your neighbor opens up a Home Depot credit card, she will have up to 365 days to return the EGO lawn mower for a Full Refund.  In addition, HD will send her a $50.00 off coupon for her first purchase.  Now, I am not saying she would need a "whole year" to review the EGO mower, but it's nice to have more options than less.

To Allen's point, getting the 21" SP with a 7.5 Ah battery is worth the extra $100.00.  If you were to buy the 7.5 Ah battery alone, it cost almost as much as the whole kit (mower + battery).  Even though your neighbor might not need SP for now, she will definitely benefit from having extra "run time" with the 7.5 Ah battery.  My perspective is to buy as much power as you can afford up front, as you never know when you need to spend more time cutting grass.  Good luck with your final decision and please keep us posted on your research!

Bruce, not to overwhelm you too much - but I thought you might want to read another review about all the cordless mowers from Tools in Action.

To Jacob's point, if the 20" is still available then have your neighbor consider this model. Although I don't own one, I have read "very positive" reviews on this model as well.
