Hi Jim, I haven't seen one, but when I think about it.  That's a darned good idea!  Any garden or lawn tool I can switch away from a pull string gas engine, the better.

Ego. Please come up with a garden tiller. Maybe convertible with the edger we need as well. After dealing with my only gas device, the garden tiller that won't start. We need this.

Just got back from a Garden Tour and the homeowner shared her "secret", a battery operated Black and Decker small cultivator. We have the EGO blower and decided on the weed whacker because we'd have two batteries to use. When I went looking for something like the Black and Decker... nothing! This would be a GREAT IDEA and so useful. It also keeps customers staying with your product line.  ;-)

In for one, willing to trade $800 PITA gas tiller with about 1 miserable hour of use (plus about 2 hours of yanking the starter cord).

That use to be me and my stinking gas Edger!

I got a GreenWorx tiller 2 years back, it works very well for that battery.  Over an hour of tilling per charge.  Great little POS.

In the meantime, I'll whack at the weeds! Waiting ... hope they are listening to us!

I've had a Mantis tiller for about 20 years.  I'd gladly retire it for a similar battery powered EGO Model.  Hope one comes out soon.  My Mantis has different attachments for tilling, edging and de-thaching.

I have a 40v 12" tiller from a competing company.  The product is solid, and performance is good.  bumping up to 52V would enable a wider track and longer run times.  I'd purchase just to get on a common battery platform, but longer run times would be even better for the annual spring prep.

I don't know if I could justify a powered tiller for my 48 sq ft raised vegetable garden bed, but at the right price for a bare bone unit just maybe...
