EGO Chain Saw battery

I purchased a chain saw, love the product but the battery is defective it will not charge, used the charger it came with, the charger that I have for my EGO Blower and Hedger, battery is no good. How can I get it replaced? This is my second request thru customer service, purchased these items two weeks ago. I will just return it to Home Depot if I continue to get NO Response???

Hello Scott. Thank you for your post and we are sorry to hear that your battery will no longer charge. I see that you were able to call in and speak with Tracy earlier today and that we are sending you out a new battery. Our call volume has increased over the past few weeks with the change in seasons, but I can assure you that our customer service department is here to help you with any questions or concerns you may have regarding your EGO products.
