I purchased the 530 blower in June, was working fine, the battery shows that it is charged, but the blower doesn’t do anything.

Official Response
Give customer service a call and they'll help you troubleshoot. The blower is covered by a five-year warranty and the battery is covered by a three-year warranty.

A couple of things you might try...

Pull the trigger and then try turning the air velocity adjusting knob clockwise...that might show if you have a bad spot on the rheostat

Pull the trigger and then hit the boost which should bypass the rheostat controlling air velocity

But I fear Ken has given you the correct advice...a phone call to CS seems to be in your future

I have just experienced the EXACT SAME issue as Chris.  I am wondering if Customer Service was able to troubleshoot, or did the blower require service?
