I set Setting height 1, how come the grass is not going in bag.

that's the think that got me when I started mowing.  I must have gotten through half the yard before I noticed the bag was still clean.  sigh.

Please keep us posted, Sang. If it's not the mulching insert, you'll want to try removing and reinstalling the grass bag next. When installed correctly, it should be a snug fit.
