Relatively new owner of my EGO Blower.  I expected to be able to keep the battery plugged in at all times allowing me to always have a charged battery when needed.  What I am finding, however, is that I can use the blower to exhaust the battery, put the battery in the charger where I see and hear it charging, and if I come back a few days later expecting to use my blower, I see a green LED light on, but the battery is completely dead.    This does not seem normal.  Is it?  Do I have to allow time to charge before each use?   Thanks.

Official Response
Gary, this isn't normal.  Your battery should not de-charge while left on the charger.  Please give us a call at 1-855-346-5656 and we'll troubleshoot more with you.  We stand behind our products and will do what's necessary to make this right.  We look forward to hearing from you.
