Over the weekend the 2.5AH battery included with my 15" string trimmer (which is only one week old) began constantly blinking green. Research shows this is indicative of a defective battery. As it was late on Saturday, I used the online case open tool. Do I still need to call the support line (which I understand is very over-burdened) or is opening the case online sufficient? I'd certainly like to not add to the support line's load.
