Saw this the other day from dewalt. Its both a multi charger and portable generator. Works with flex volt 60v batteries as well so it is possible my friends. If ego makes one, my Christmas wish list would be complete! Also an ego Bluetooth speaker would be nice... https://youtu.be/F9FHkLlkK1Q

I suggested a portable power station as well as a USB station years ago.  Ego would be well suited for this sort of thing, as their amp hours is far superior to what Dewalt (and most others) offer.  The fact that they've not approached this market share is mind boggling.
I'm sitting on 17.5 Ah of power between my two 7.5 Ah and one 2.5 Ah batteries.  All wasted and useless when not in use...   :(  Also, that Dewalt power station is laughably complicated IMHO!  ;)

Yeah, like DJ says, it's been on the list for a long time. Since the dual battery snowblower came out, the multi charger idea is also there.

The idea has been out there...but seeing that it's been done kinda kicks them in the pants when they mention its not practical or there's no real market for it

Well after purchasing so many ego products I have plenty of chargers...my issue is not being able to use the batteries on corded tools or with things like work lights or even a radio. It'd be nice to have other uses for these batteries, although I could see them voiding the three year warranty if you use them to power everything under the sun...

EGO LED lamps for lighting up the house during power outages, EGO radio for use when mowing lawns... the list goes on... oh yeah, and the radio would be good for storms.

I'm thinking something smaller and brighter and cleaner.

This would be brilliant, especially if such a device were to support rapid charge bays.  If you do this, please make sure it is pure sine.  Bonus points for a solar panel input;)
