Depleted battery won't charge

I just bought this mower and charged the battery fully. After that I mowed my lawn (it worked great;) and attempted to charge the battery again.

The LED in the battery would go: green to red to orange and then turn off.

The 4 light charge indicator on the charger would start blinking @ 25% and then go to continuous 100% and not charge.

Any ideas? I waited several minutes to try again, changed outlets with the same results so far.

Hmm... I would think that's enough to get the charger going.  Just in case, try mowing again and see if the battery charges after that.  If not there's definitely something going on.

If that is enough to get the charger going you should be good to go.  Could be that you have a lawn that's easy on the mower.  If that's the case you may be able to go multiple cuts on a charge on a regular basis.  For example, I can cut my small lawn twice on one charge of the 4Ah battery, which is about 40 min of mowing with the original 20" mower.
