Defective Battery

I bought a blower two days ago. Charged the battery.  Used it.  Loved it.  Battery now will not charge.  Red flashing light.  Defective battery.  Tried to call customer service.  No answer.  voice mail full. Need help.

If you could either send an email to support@egopowerplus.com with your contact number so that one of our EGO specialists can get back to you; -or- give us a call back at 855-346-5656 today we can troubleshoot further with you to ensure it's the battery that is defective and not the charger (or both).

Because we are an eco-friendly company, we do occasionally send out refurbished batteries as many companies in our industry do, in an effort to help preserve the environment. However, all replacement batteries are inspected and guaranteed to work like new.  Should anyone happen to experience an issue with a replacement sent, please don't hesitate to contact us for help.
