Dead Battery - EGO has gone silent

Called EGO about a month ago for a dead battery problem.  After a bit of troubleshooting the tech said he would mail me a replacement.  I have received nothing.  So I've called back in many times and left at least 2 messages - just requesting a status of some sort.  No return calls.  So last week, I created a case.  No response to the case.

My initial experience was fantastic, but EGO has been completely non-responsive since then.  Those of you that have had replacements shipped... how long did you wait?  I have no idea what I should expect.

Hi Craig! We're sorry to see that you have had such a frustrating experience. Is there any chance that you called under a different name or that you called Home Depot rather than us? We have no record of you before the web case you created on the 22nd, so it wouldn't have been possible for us to send you a replacement battery.
