Hi - first off I want to say I LOVE the EGO products.  One week after moving into our new house (which was July 12), I bought the mower, then another week later my husband bought me the blower and the trimmer - he has terrible allergies, so I told him I would do the lawn if we could get the EGO mower  :^)  Anyway, after mowing our huge lawn on 3 separate occasions, when I tried starting it yesterday, the mower wouldn't start, no matter which battery we tried.  I called customer service and after a short discussion they told me to take it back to Home Depot and exchange it - I did, and it was a very painless process.  Since it was kind of late in the day by that time, we just put the box in the garage.  Opened it up today and tried starting it up with one of the 2-amp batteries while the 5 amp was charging - nothing.  Same with the other 2-amp.  I was starting to feel dejected, especially after trying the batteries in the trimmer...nothing.  The 5 amp was at about 50% by this time so tried that before giving up - it started up both the mower and the trimmer, thank goodness!  SO...we have 2 2-amp batteries that do not work after just over a month.  One of them shows green on the charger, but the red light comes on for the other one after about a minute.  Help!!!
