I've been trying to get a hold of EGO customer support now for 2-3 weeks and I haven't received an single email or call back. Is anyone else having this issue?

I tried calling again today and after waiting on hold for some time I finally gave up and decided to leave another voice mail but this time the message said the voicemail box was full.
