Giving Credit to Customer Service

Called on Sunday 4/12/15 to get help with Mower not running.  I just have to credit to these folks.  The lady on the line knew exactly what to try.  Here I am about to go buy another battery, but we figured out the problem.  Glad I made the call.  Glad the folks here were well trained and very helpful on a Sunday at 4pm!!!  Kudos!
