Customer Service is AWESOME

Just wanted to write about the AWESOME experience I just had with Jorge in customer service. I had purchased my leaf blower in April 2015 and all of a sudden last week it just quit. So I emailed their CS and they wrote back in 2 days with instructions on what I needed to do. I contacted CS today and spoke with Jorge who took all my information down and now I am just waiting on the replacement unit to arrive. This is unbelievable customer service and I just wanted to say thank to the EGO Team.  Al Morones
