Well I am now three for three on getting quick customer service. This time less than 5 minutes to get the parts coming that I need.

Not bragging just saying maybe I've been lucky or they are getting better.

Here's hoping things are getting better, but I do think this is probably more the norm than what we see here on the forum.

I suspect that but clearly there is problems at times.

On a different note I am liking the new fuel gauge battery so much so I will be picking up a few this year plus hoping they still bring out the 10ah.

Follow up......received parts today as ordered.

i was about to do a post about it too, i had to use customer service today, and i was amazed how fast and easy it went.
last month, it took a whole week to get my mobile phone provider to cancel my contract... 
ego solved my problem in a few minutes, no waiting.
maybe i got lucky too? it was my first experience.

I have called Ego CS a few times in the past 3 years and have always had great service and gotten thru quickly.  Left a call back number one time and was called within an hour.

I guess we are all "lucky"
