All of us here at EGO are committed to delivering Power Beyond Belief in terms of both our tools and our service. And recently, we’ve taken great strides toward delivering this by developing our support options. We have expanded this to such an extent that our customer service team will be moving to a new location. Due to the move, we will not be available by phone after 2pm EST this Thursday, July 26th. 

Our apologies for any inconvenience, but know that you are our top priority and this move will ensure that we’re better able to serve you in a timely manner. Also, please note that you will still be able to leave us voicemails during this time and we will return your call as soon as possible.
